Problem with Web Form Attachments in Horde

Is anyone else having a problem with web forms and attachments when they been submitted to my Horde email account.

In my web form, I've put in the file attachment field for photos. I've tested this form and I get the email in Horde but with no attachments, just an error message with the file names in the email message.

I've tried it several times...even changing the email so that the attachments would go to my other email account but I'm getting the same result. This is a critical feature that I need for my business. Please, help anyone!!!
