Hi

I have sent emails and support tickets to host papa but i am not getting a reply.

Is there actually anybody in support? is it normal for them to take soo long to respond?

I've always used their online 'live' support and have always found it to be very fast and helpful. I agree with the comment about re-sending update replied though.
