First where is Live Chat, can't seem to find it these days?
Also I am redoing my site completely, everything. I was told to delete some files in cpanel, I did. Now needless to say nothing works but OK since I do not intend to use this old site.
Now what do I do, can everything be deleted and started anew in cpanel? Thanks

make a local backup of your site files then remove all your old site files from the server and upload your new site files or do a 1 click install using fantastico in the control panel.
