There is a problem with my e-mail. E-mails sent from external (non host papa, i have recieved 2 e-mail from hostpapa support and one from one of my other accounts) e-mails from outside of host papa are not being delivered to the server. this is also happening when outlook tries to send a test message. ALL SETTINGS ARE CORRECT in outlook. The mails are not getting through on webmail either.

This seems to be a server issue.

Any error messages? What are your settings in Outlook (do not include passwords!)? How are you checking email at hostpapa? Are you using webmail or outlook? Make sure they are not going to a junk/spam folder.
