New User!  Where do I start?  I use webmail from Shaw & have never used outlook or anyother program from home.  How should I set up my hostpapa mail?  I need access from various computers and do not want to just forward everything to my webmail from Shaw.

Can someone from tech support help me out?  There's lots of people viwing this thread so some help would be nice......

I am not from tech support, but I believe I can help you. Are you trying to set up a program like outlook? Or are you trying to get access to your email from any computer?

For webmail, just type in www.yourdomain.com/webmail

You will be taken to your log in where you type in your email address and password for the email you want to access.

For email programs such as outlook or Thunderbird, you will need to access your options, and add a new account. your username is the full email address, for example  yourname@yourdomain.com. Your ingoing and outgoing servers are mail.yourdomain.com.
