So when did CPanel break? Can't collapse or move panel anymore.

So when did CPanel break? Can't collapse or move panel anymore.

When you hover over a section header it says you can collapse/move the section so you can personalize the order of the panels.

Somehow this doesn't work anymore. The hover shows the drag/click and whatever, but nothing happens Huh

I've never had it working, I just figured that those elements were incompatable with FireFox. I'venever been in cPanel with IE or any other browser so I don't know if the other browsers have the same issue
