About a week or so ago I started getting a 10061 error when I try to send an email.

Any idea as to what is causing this?

I can receive email. Just not send any.

Change your outgoing server port from 25 to 587. Most likely your ISP has changed policies and now only allows email accounts with them to send on port 25. This is a common practice.
