Uploading of videos to my website is a vital part of my business. I would like to see FFmpeg installed on your servers - is there any progress in having this feature added to your hosting plans?

Don't count on it ever being added. These are shared servers and FFMPEG is a memory hog and those two just don't go together.

No they don't. All they offer is shared hosting.
