Hi,
I have been with Host Papa for a number of years but have just had to transfer my sites to another Host Papa account to separate various domains.  I set up a new account with a primary domain, following this I set up add on domains.

The primary domain hasn't worked since!  I purchase domains through 123-reg and as I previously had the sites on host papa the name servers on 123 were already pointed to ns1.hostpapa etc - The add on domains transferred over with no isses and I can view them when I put the domain into the browser.  However the same can't be said about the primary domain.  I have tried contacting Host Papa and 123-reg support but they aren't really supporting me to get it back up and running!

Am I doing something wrong?  I have the website files for my primary domain uploaded to the public_html folder.  But when I enter in http://www.pbhistory.co.uk into the broswer it gives me the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error page.  This has been going on for well over two weeks now and I'm at a loss as to what I can do to resolve the problem.

Now when I do a google search my site sin't even listed there anymore so it has properly disappeared from the web!  Is this a problem on the hostpapa side or 123-reg?

Has anyone else encountered this?  Help!

Was pbhistory.co.uk an addon domain to another account before you created a new hosting account with it as the primary domain? If so, did you delete it as an addon domain before signing up for a new hosting account?

Hi,
Thanks for your response.

PBHistory was a subdomain on my other account. I think that I created the new account with pbhistory as the master domain before deleting it as a subdomain on the other account.
