As of a few days ago, I've been no longer able to send emails to some of my regular contacts.  The email is continuously sent back to me with the following message:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  suchandsuch@suchandsuch.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host suchandsuch.com.inbound15.mxlogicmx.net [111.11.111.11]:
    554 Denied [CS] (Mode: normal)

Is this problem related to host papa's mail server or has our domain been flagged by my contact's mail server?

Hello

you will need to submit a ticket to Support at http://www.hostpapa.com/customer-care-center with details, our technicians can look into this for you

I would suggest, in the mean time, that you contact the recipient and have them verify with their email provider, your domain might be blocked at their end

Thank you
