As of yesterday, I still can't upload anything to my FTP. I was having problems connecting to my CPanel, and my site was periodically down. Everything else appears to be working now, but my FTP keeps timing-out when I try to load very small files. Anyone else having this problem?

I did indeed send a ticket, and they responded to re-check my settings (which appear to be fine.) I'll include my follow-up response, incase anyone else here can help:

I re-checked my FTP settings, and they appear to be correct. I'm also using only
one connection. (Again, this was working just fine on Saturday, until my
site/cPanel/FTP went down on Sunday.)

I tried to use the FTP on my old iMac - astonishingly, it works fine. I use an
older version of Cyberduck on my old iMac, but again, everything was working
fine on my new iMac until recently.

Could this be an IP issue? I really have no clue.

Perhaps try installing another FTP software, there are many, Fetch, Filezilla, Transit among others

If your IP address is blocked at our end, reply back to your ticket with your IP address which you will find via http://whatismyip.com
