I have clients who wish to use webmail on their domains (which are subdomains of my account), however I do not want the interface branded with hostpapa's logos, I would prefer to have their company logos on these pages. Is this possible, and if so, what pages do I need to modify to do this? Thank you.

This is only available in reseller accounts which Hostpapa doesn't offer. You can't change the skin of webmail or cPanel to remove the hostpapa logo.
