I tried many times with different options, but it fails every time. When I try to install in a new folder SHOP (Install in directory), I get this message:

Install OS Commerce (2/3)
The installation can not be completed:
- This directory already exists or the directory field is empty
Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.

There is no such folder since before. What to do?

Hello

Have you tried naming your directory without uppercase letters? If that does not work, submit a ticket to Support at http://www.hostpapa.com/customer-care-center with your domain name, we can look into this for you
