I am new to Hostpapa and Ecommerce.
I have a website which I am trying to load a Template. I have added the files to the Public.html folder.
When I bring up the Website now it has an OSC setup procedure which gives me an error when I put in all the info to point to the SQL DB it appears the Password is wrong. However there has never been a change in the Password. I have even setup a new DB and Password and it gives the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed OSCommerce via your cPanel/Softwares-Services/Fantastico De Luxe or did you do a manual installation?

Yes it was installed from The Fantastico.
Thanks I will set up a ticket. I thought it was something i could do I am just trying to learn to do it myself.
