I've finally had it with Godaddy support and their scripted responses and my current hosting needs to be more localised now so I want a UK based host.

I notice that the prices are also listed in Dollars and there are US based helplines.  Can you confirm that the hosting is UK based.

My current host I have to say I'm pretty happy with.  Not sure if I should mention the name here but it's DH.  My only issue is that it's US based and most of my sites now are in the UK.  They have been very reliable and the support and admin access is brilliant.

Needless to say this hasn't helped my sites speed hence the reason to change.

I also have a lot of domain names ranging from .com through .it, .in , .al and .me etc.. I'm looking for a host that also offers attractive domain renewal fees.  Most are with Godaddy although I have some with a UK based registrar to for all .co.uk

I want to centralize everything so all my domain names and hosting are in one place.

I have 2 private servers with DH, one for high end sites and the other is Database only.  In total I pay $12 monthly for the PS and the package I have dates back a while to a 'Monster Dev' package which I still pay around £180 every 2 years.  Back then there was no such thing as unlimited so this package was pretty awesome.

So I'm willing to pay for the service just as long as it suits my needs.  I have a few sites that require SSL and Certs so these will probably be the last to move over possibly as the current hosting plans run out this year along with the SSL.

So is Hostpapa the place for me?  If not can somebody recommend any other hosts that offer the full service with domain renewal (including European domains)

~oh and most if not all domains use Gmail for the email, does Hostpapa provide automatic setup for this on registering or moving domains or does this have to be setup using the MX settings manually?

Hostpapa is a Canadian company and all servers are located in Toronto. There is only a post office box in the UK, not an actual office or servers. Since your first concern is getting UK hosting I will stop there.
