Domain name and sending a ticket??

I am having trouble adding a domain name to my account and need to get in touch with Host Papa about this. I am having a problem sending a ticket to them as I need to log in with my username and password. I have forgotten them although I still have my password and login name for the c panel and that works fine. I tried the forgotten password method and got an e-mail with the changing code and entered it but it stated it did not recognise the code?? they had just sent me it too?? I tried again and this time copied and pasted the code into the box and it stated the same?? How can I get in touch with them, please can someone help as I am tearing my hair out now. (I hevent got much left to tear out either)
