I have a Win7 Computer which i have used before to edit Files in the File Manager. I have been on Holidays and now when i go to the File Manager and Click on the PUBLIC_HTML Folder it doesn't show any files in the folder. it also dosen't show the path in the box at the top of the tree. Is there something in Windows which has been acidently changed?

What browser are you using? If IE, try in Chrome or Firefox to see if it specific to your browser.
