My web-sites have been hacked.

They are in different programs (wordpress/joomla/phpbb) on different domains

The only common element is hostpapa

What can I do to prevent this happening again?  I have changed my password already.

Yes, use a complex password for your cPanel and for all your administration access of the software you use, also, make sure you update all these software to the latest versions
