Hi

Complete newbie to HostPapa and trying to configure to Outlook 2010 but nada.  The email account tests OK but I am getting nothing from the server into my in box.  I have followed the configuration tutorial but cannot resolve

What am I doing wrong?  Any help on this appreciated

Hello

Settings are the same as for Outlook 2007, see here:

Make sure your are using the full email address as the user name and its password

I have (again) tried the settings you suggest, as per the HostPapa FAQ, and if I use my email address (in full) as my 'User Name' I get a password error from Outlook and the test email message fails

I can PM you some screenshots if that's of help but this is becoming a joke
