A bit of info like the site name might help so admins can check your specific server. Remember, the forum accounts are not tied to your hosting account so you have to be as specific as possible when reporting a problem. Never include passwords or other sensitive data.

hy,
im french, (excue me for my bad english)
i have contacted the support with direct-assistance or by ticket - But they allways say there is no problem on th server.
i use a tool on the web who check the response time off my site and his availabilty and the check say:
Check name            Uptime    Downtime  avg. Response time    
Site Arracherire   97.52%   55m 3s       1 235 ms

and the time response detail show many interrupt

But the support say: no pb on the server ...,

What can i do

I have tried to log in to submit a ticket and it does not let me.  It says my password or username is not correct.

hy,
just a little post to inform you of the evolution of my problem.
after many contacts with the support, and few network trace, the hostPapa's support said me there is a user who consume a lot of bandwith.
I check always my site and that's seems better but the response time stay long.
Patient patient and hope ....

-19/02 uptime:97,91% ; downTime:30min ; response time:1395ms
-20/02 uptime:98,96% ; downTime:15min ; response time:1298ms
-21/02 uptime:93,74% ; downTime:1h30min ; response time:1352ms
-22/02 uptime:99,30% ; downTime:10min ; response time:1352ms
-23/02 uptime:99,65% ; downTime:5min ; response time:1561ms

Does 99.9% Uptime Guarantee not mean that you get some money back.  Not sure what the Hostpapa guarantee means, but on many 'good' hosting companies they give you a free month if they fail to meet their 'guaranteed' service level.

You've got 3 days in a row there with low service levels.  If they don't offer any sort of compensation then it would seem the 'guarantee' is pretty worthless.
