When I launch Cpanel X and try to save web disk, I do not have a choice of my system which currently is windows7, also I have unblocked ports 2078 and 2077 and still receive error message which denies me access stating that I have no unblocked or allowed through firewall permission, any suggestions as to cause, I am currently using a router for signal to system.

Sorry, webdisk is not compatible with windows 7 yet, we recommend that you use an FTP software:
