I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem with sending mail via phpmailer.  I can send test emails.  I was having success sending some test html emails but the test emails stopped getting delivered despite the phpmailer saying the email sent.  Is there any way to trouble shoot the problem?  Are there any logs that would show emails sent and emails rejected?
