Hi i have added another domain name to my account, and host papa have suggested that i cancel the acccount ( with in the 30 days period) and open up another account with the new name as primary domain for the account, how do i do this please.


Another question while im here, i have recently installed K2 for joomla 1.7 and get an error message on the media manager

"Invalid backend response.
Data is not JSON. " does anybody know how i rectify this problem, host papa havent really helped, up to now their customer care has been first class.

Hello

We have recently made some changes to the HostPapa cancellation process.

If you wish to cancel any of your HostPapa services at any time, please first log in to your billing account
 
You may then follow this step-by-step process:

1.   Click “Cancel Service” under “Service Management” in the menu at the left of your screen.
2.   When prompted, please enter your Client ID and password. This is for your security.
3.   A page listing all of the services that are currently associated with your account will appear.
        Select the service you wish to cancel by clicking the circle beside the name of the relevant service.
4.   Depending on the service being cancelled, you may be prompted to provide additional
        information (this will appear under the “information” header at the bottom of the page. Please answer any required questions and click
        “Continue.”
5.   A confirmation page will appear. Please verify that all information is correct.
6.   To complete your request, click “Confirm Cancellation.”

If you wish to cancel more than one service, please simply follow the process again.

These changes have been made to help us serve you better.
