Members of our website, an author's website, have been getting random '500 Internal Server Error' pages when navigating to, and within, our forums (we're running Phorum with MySQL).  Sometimes they get pages of text without the style elements.  There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, and although we've advised them to hit the browser refresh button as a temp workaround, we'll lose some members if it doesn't get fixed soon.  So, two questions:

1.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

2.  Any suggestions to correct it?

Hello,

The 500 server error could mean a few different things.
It would be difficult to determine the specific cause and solution from forums
What I would advise would be to contact us via ticket or an email to info@hostpapasupport.com
You can also contact us via phone or chat. 24 hours a day.

Also, I came across this link which helps explain 500 errors and common ways of troubleshooting them.
