Members of our website, an author's website, have been getting random '500 Internal Server Error' pages when navigating to, and within, our forums (we're running Phorum with MySQL).  Sometimes they get pages of text without the style elements.  There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, and although we've advised them to hit the browser refresh button as a temp workaround, we'll lose some members if it doesn't get fixed soon.  So, two questions:

1.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

2.  Any suggestions to correct it?

+1 (today)

Unable to access cpanel and phpmyadmin as well.
Some 'database connection refused' from phpmyadmin occurred. Seems to be a database random restart/crash.
But my database is not so 'big' to encounter a mysql crash ...

So, How hostpapa can explain that ?
