I logged into the cpanel, enabled SpamAssassin, and enabled spam box.  The help document says the spam box can be accessed on webmail.  I went to my webmail and didn't see any spam box folder.  The help document also says the spam box can also be accessed on your email client by entering your server login as user@domain.com/spam .  I did that and got a server error.  So how and where do I see my spam box exactly?

Hey! That's weird! I logged in here 1/2 hour after you to ask exactly the same question!

PS Seems this question has been asked a lot on other hosting forums too. Apparently you have to log in as a defined user, not default account, and a spam box will only appear after a period if there actually is any spam. Log into Cpanel, webmail, then logout at top right, log in as specific defined user xxx@myco.com  then set up squirrel spam box as here http://support.summersault.com/faq/1_69_en.html

Even if that works for you (have forwarded some spam to myself and still can't find it anywhere) having to check different spam boxes for each user each day hardly seems worth it, may as well rely on one's own PC's antispam to detect it in Live Mail. Also, don't forget to set the default address as most spam is to unknown users at myco and will go there. Find Popcorn is good for viewing that, avoids stuff in your main mail client.
