Hi!

I purchased 36 months worth of web hosting a couple of hours ago. I seem to have received a couple of emails with only one providing a username to view my billing (although no password). Just says:

"For security reasons, the billing account password is not included in this email. If you do not remember your password, please click the billing link above and use the “Forgot Password” feature to recover it."

I have received nothing with regards actually accessing my cPanel. The transaction has been completed according to my bank balance....

This is my first experience with obtaining my own web hosting so I am unsure if I am being a little naive in assuming the service is enabled immediately???

I was wondering how long I should expect to wait before I'm provided a username and password for accessing my cPanel???

Fixed.

It makes good practice to read the spam folder from your ISP's webmail page as apposed to your local mail package SPAM folder, as the contents differ *blushing*

All sorted.
