I have still not received the email to set up my site despite you having already charged my credit card.
My order number is 179722.

There is also a question regarding the domain name transfer, I have now sent 3 emails, left a message on the phone, been on hold for 20 mins on live support, despite being the only person in there.

I'm now becoming a little concerned that I have made a mistake to transfer to Hostpapa & if this is all not rectified in 24hrs, will be requesting my bank to charge back the payment & will move onto a different service provider.

This has now become critical as my existing website host agreement runs out next week.

Just a thought...

I registered with HostPapa earlier and could not find my info either. I use Windows mail and could find no trace in the in and Junk files. With BT I also get a horrible Yahoo web browser mail, lo and behold it went straight into the Yahoo Spam box, never reached my usual e-mail client.
