Paid up for hosting and set up my domain 2 days ago. I still can't log in to cpanel. Tried retrieving my password which only seemed to change the billing password. I can log in there and have lodged a ticket, but nobody has gotten back to me. Does tech support exist? What are there service standards? And most importantly why can't I access cpanel? Rang and left a message as well as logging the issue on line. Getting support shouldn't be that hard.

If you haven't received an email with all your login information and email/ftp settings, the account hasn't been set up yet. All you can do is continue to try and contact them or wait until you get the login info email. The support department is small so try live chat as it's your best option.

Host Papas support and backup is absolutely superb, It seems like your account isn't fully set up yet please be patient. Once it is, they fully support and help/guide you. We have been with them now for three years. They are the best hosting company in my eyes with excellent reviews

I have been a internet professional for nearly 20 years (started in 93') and to date this is the worst service I have ever encountered.
