I changed the logo, and the uploaded the changes.  When I went to review them I am being told I cannot.  The error is that the device or resource won't accept my connect.  I tried accessing my cpanel and the same thing happened.

Any thoughts on what this could be?

It's back - was just down for a few minutes.  Is this something I should expect when conducting updates?
