Are you looking to set up a simple redirect? Just go to cPanel then if the domain is in your control panel as a park domain, addon or subdomain there is an option to Manage Redirect, then redirect the old domain to your new domain name.

Hope this helps

Also you can follow these instructions

   1. Click on the Redirects button on the home page.
   2. Enter the address of the web page to move in the first field.
   3. Enter the redirection address in the second field.
   4. Choose one of the following options in the drop-down list:
          * Temporary - This tells Internet traffic agents (browsers, search engines, etc.) that this is only a temporary redirection, and that they should return to this initial location again in the future for the same page.
          * Permanent - This tells the Internet traffic agents to go to the redirection address in the future, as the old address will never be used again.
   5. Click on the Add button.

My predicament is this:  we have established a website with HostPapa using a .ca extension to replace the .com extension that was locked out by our previous web host. (Put simply, say we use to be www.ourname.com, now we're www.ourname.ca). Now that our website is up and running, how do we go about re-directing traffic to the new site?  Anytime you type in our name into Google or Yahoo to find us, it always points to the former site with the .com extension which no longer exists.  Any suggestions?
