Hello.

I'm trying to set up Outlook 2003 so I can receive e-mail from an e-mail address I have set up, however I'm not having much luck. Having followed the steps in the help video to the letter, and gone over it numerous times, I'm still getting the same error message after entering the username and password in the enter network password box:

The password I’m using the one created with the e-mail account and server information is that given when setting up the e-mail account:



I'm now out of ideas save for me having done something extremely stupid! Any suggestions anyone?

Most likely it was the username field being entered as tom+planeheritage.com instead of tom@planeheritage.com. I don't know why cPanel tells customers to use a '+' instead of an '@'.
