I am having a problem receiving mail on the windows mail system, having followed the tutorial I can send email without issue but not receive?? Has anybody else encountered a similar problem? The test emails appear to be in cpanel??

Make sure the username is the full email address and the password is the password for the email address. Many people make the mistake of using their cPanel username and password which isn't correct.

I can send and receive mail with no problems (that I know of!) via Windows Mail (version 6.0). However, if I click on an email link on a website, I get an error message "cannot perform this operation because the default mail client is not installed properly".
