Hello

I wish to swap my web hosting as it's a bit expensive but I was wondering how easy it is to go with Host Papa. Can I transfer my website directly from my ftp space at the moment as I'm not sure that I have the correct version on my hard drive. Plus I have built my site in iWeb - would that make a difference? Also, is the transfer quite painless - is it a nightmare resetting email settings etc? I'm a bit ignorant to this side of things which is why I've been paying over the odds up to now. I could really do with your help.

I don't know whether you can do a direct transfer, but I'm swapping to HP too and here's how I'm doing it since I wasn't sure that the copy on my PC was exactly the same as the one actually on my website.

I made a new folder on my C:/ and named it Transfer Website, and now I'm downloading my website to it with an FTP client. When I've done that I'll upload it from my PC to the HP server. At least that way I know I'll end up with an exact copy.
