Now my DNS has been updated from my old server I would like to see "mydomain.ca" up on the browser address bar when I am on the site, rather than "IP address+~user name"  The domain name appears on the home page only, all other pages display the temporary name.

How can I make this happen?

I can access the site by typing in "mydomain.ca" name just fine.

This temporary name also gives an error with the Google Map API code as it is looking for my domain name rather than the temp name.  I did generate a new one based on the domain name, but it generated the same API as I used on my old server.  So it seems to me that the API is linked to the actual domain name rather than the temp name.   See what I mean?

Never mind, I fixed it.  I did a reinstall of my files after the DNS was updated, and the address bar looks just fine.  The Google API works too, so it does appear to be domain related.  All's well that ends well, but there must be a better way.
