This seems to be a growing problem with HostPapa, I am surprised at the lack of response from the support team though, usually they are quite fast in responding.
I can only assume that they are doing a lot of upgrades to their servers, or there is users on the server using up too much resources, or HostPapa have been overselling the space.
Get use to it. They don't have enough staff to handle all the tickets and chats and calls, and do all the admin work like deleting old customer accounts. It's all a manual process at hostpapa.
