Hello,

I get this error when I try to send an e-mail using thunderbird and my domain smtp mail server:

"An error occured while sending mail. The mail server responded : Temporary local problem - please try later. Please check the message recipients and try again."

Any of you have an idea WHY?  Huh

Thanks for your help!  Smiley

Unfortunately, this is something that just happens once in awhile.  Usually the problem is your local isp, although that doesn't sound like the case here.  I'm betting it's already fixed on its own though, am I right?

It's funny.  Sometimes, you'll be able to access other sites hosted by us, and not your own.  This happens with every web host from time-to-time, and as mentioned, usually can be traced back to a temporary glitch with your isp.  Usually these little interruptions clear up within a few hours, but I've seen it last almost a whole day.

Hello,

I resolved the problem using MAILMAN.  Wink

I other words create a mailing list using MAILMAN and send an e-mail to it!

That way, I bypass the thunderbird problem.

Have a nice day!
