I have three websites with HostPapa and each has an email associated with it.  Just the other day, one of those emails stopped working.  Can't send or receive from webmail or from my desktop.  I have deleted the email address from cPanel and recreated it and still no luck.  Anyone else have this happen? I have submitted a request for help from Support but thought I'd throw the dilemma out to the forum as well.

I happen to be having the same problem, however, all of my Host Papa hosted accounts are not working.  Please let me know if you manage to fix your problem :-)

Well, not only was the email down but I discovered the site was down also.  Now, silently without warning or any type of communication, the site is back up!  I can now see received webmail - this is a huge leap from where I was - but I still can't send email and can't receive it on my desktop.  I'm sure support is working on this issue but it would be nice if they let me know that!  I'm in the dark and at the mercy of what are most likely overworked tech geeks.

Oh, this is getting exciting!  NOW I'm slowly getting emails on my desktop - from 24 hours ago!  Wooo Hooo.

Again, no word from tech support on how things are going....
