Hi,

I have done something bad and managed to mess up the root level of my site.  Is there are way for me to reset the site to the original parameters?  I am not able to create anything (moodle, joomla etc) at that level, getting error messages along the way.

Just send an email to support@hostpapa. com and ask for the account to be reset.  Note that you will lose EVERYTHING you have done to this point, including any email addresses set up.
