FAQ: What kind of support will you provide for my hosting service?

We will support our servers and our hosting plans, but we don't provide support for 3rd party scripts, web design, HTML or any software you might be using to publish your site, although, if you contact us, we can likely point you in the right direction.

You can contact us anytime via e-mail support. Just send your questions to support@hostpapa.com and your email will create a support ticket, answered in the order in which they arrive, usually within a few hours (a little longer if you submit your question overnight).

Telephone support is provided between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am through 5:00 pm Saturday. All times Eastern.
