I AM SO UPSET! I've been trying to Cancel my hosting plan, and felt safe because you people reassured me saying that there was a 30 day money back offer. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CALL AND NO ONE ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!  I can't log into my billing information and when ever I try to change my password, it states that the verification code is wrong! So now I can't ever log in! This was a huge mistake, and I want to ensure that I get get my money back!

Help me please, seeing that no one can answer the phone.

Its the same with me, i cant login to anything and every time I try to change my password, it states that the verification code is wrong. I only just bought hosting and so far it has been very bad.

In the 'Suggestion Box' forum for 'Improvements/featured' someone was asking what the 'Ticket Response Time' was, and the only reply seems to indicate that tickets take over four days for anyone to action them.

Hostpapa current terms of service says that when they register a domain name for you, that you are registered as the admin contact for that domain, but on all my domains Hostpapa's own email address is listed as the admin contact.  Seems they don't even comply with their own TOS!
